I hear a lot of you guys lift weights. Post your body weight and bench here. I’m curious who the real Chads of arena are. I go first weight 230, bench 315. Not posting my other lifts cuz they suck.
This is gonna be a cringe thread can already see it
Who cares. Everything here is cringe. Just tryna have some fun while at work.
165 -170 lbs. 325 Bench. Been lifting for about 8 years now. I love it I turned my entire garage into a pretty nice gym during the pandemic and I work from home most of the time so I’ve made some big strides in the last two years.
210 weight. Can bench your mom off of me if I get mad and strain hard enough.
The real question is how short are you arms…
The real question is how big are your biceps and how ripped are your abs because that’s all that the girlies care about
That’s insanely impressive for your body weight. Holy shiit.
& there’s never ever everrrrrr been a lie on the internet
I mean I’m just trusting that we’re all
Mature adults here. What do you gain by lying about your bench to people you’ll never see.

I once lifted a stranded baby orca off of the shore and back into the ocean.
Don’t know my maximum & I only do repeated reversed bench press at a maximum of 215 lbs (this includes bar weight) . I do it to sustain my upper body strength, not to bulk up. Since the body can output so much energy & recovery duration is important, I circulate between exercises throughout the week. This includes cardio/aerobic & minor stretching. The determination can be difficult for most, because of society trends. For instance, fine dining, movie watching, etc. All those things that soften your physique & lead to neglecting crucial healthy approaches. By the way, I personally did away with alcohol. I had no issues with it, just not for me anymore & it has been over decade I’ve not had any alcohol. I think I took it more seriously, because it sort of impacts with protein synthesis?
280 pounds
i dont use the bar for most of my workouts i use 35 pound dumbbells for bench press i do 5 sets of 15
Exactly, PR lifting isn’t even a competition against other people, you’re competing against the previous best version of yourself. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
