We are doing a normal split this week to finish gearing a few raiders. We want to stack the group to 30 so we need probably 8-10 pugs. How much would u pay a pug for a normal clear funnel? Probably a 75-90 minute clear max.
Bumping this to the top!
Kindve confused.
Typically when you sell runs, you aren’t also trying to gear your own raiders.
So if you are reserving some of the gear for yourself. You probably can’t expect a buyer to pay full price.
Not sure how much interest you will get if some of the gear is reserved.
Hopefully you explain that before the run.
I think he means how much should he pay the pug to funnel his guild
To the OP- Currently I get 260k cuts for 4 16 keys, roughly the same amount of time. We funnel all gear to the buyer. That said, normal raid is pretty mindless so you could probably get people to do it for half that.
I’d offer 120k per funnel. In the end though, it’s really going to come down to your reach. You’ll need to advertise a lot, and the players you get to do it for that price probably won’t be the best. Offer more money and you’ll get better people.
There’s also the free option to consider if your guild is competent: take a bunch of rats that just want their vault opened up. I’m talking hard carry, minus well afk rats.
this kind of transaction should be banned. Like any boosting, any clear selling and everything like that.
So basically you are paying for overgeared players to run with you to maximize bodies and trade you the loot? Is this right? If so, you really can’t think of it purely as a time thing. You are essentially asking people to come strictly to benefit you and use their normal raid lockout for the week. I imagine something like a token per player is fair but I would really question if you’re really getting the most bang for your buck there. Plus you run the risk of certain trinkets/items being kept because even on normal, they’re powerful
Oooo ok that makes more sense.
Sorry for my ignorance. XD
I didn’t think about that tbh. That may work.
When are you looking to do this? I wouldn’t mind the gold.
I wouldn’t advertise it like that. Let them know that certain items will be reserved for guild members and that all the rest can be rolled upon. Plus if they have unlocked the quest for the crafting “infusion”, they will be able to upgrade a crafted item to heroic tier as well.
