Discarding the weekly maintenance, is there a way to know how much time the server is down in a month, week or whatever? is insulting we are paying for this as a service and the serves goes down once every two days, even if is just an hour or two, this is Blizzard, I think a new season/expansio/Whatever is not an excuse, that’s the reason why you have an RPP, to learn about everything can goes wrong and avoid to release it like that, this is happening specially in America’s servers
I suggest reading the EULA and no, it doesn’t go down that often.
Blame the children who were so invested in RWF that they had to throw a tantrum and DDoS the servers last week.
Barring major content launches, around an hour, ETA. Usually more like 15-30 minutes. You may have another restart.
Over a month, that’s maybe around…four hours? Five, max? Last week was a bit of an exception due to a variety of reasons.
WoW across all of its variants hosts a good number of players. It needs taken care of every now and then.
Literally first world problems.
You pay for the privilege to access their server whenever it is available.
That’s it.
Everyone in here making a point nobody is disputing lol
The reality is it’s not a problem for Blizzard unless they can see a hit to the metrics as a result.
The question is how downtime is too much where people feel they aren’t getting their money’s worth an unsub? The answer unfortunately is probably a lot.
Agreed. It’s a very subjective line, and especially when most of the people that complain about time/value about their monthly sub, are never honest about the time actually spend playing the game.
blizzards servers? for new content drops, probably a week total of time. other games far less.
