After 2 years of having to fly halfway across a zone to utilize our capital to its fullest, id love to know how many man hours Alliance players have accumulated over Horde players not having to waste time with that flight.

Nah, its been great. Don’t have world quests, or any grinds that I don’t choose to deal with, working with my guild as we go casually raiding… It has been great. Can’t wait for Classic TBC and Classic WotLK.
Except Horde also have to go to Mechagon and we have to fly down to the docks to do it, so really you are only strengthening OP’s claim that the Horde fly very far everyday.

But here’s the difference, there’s an inn right by the docks. At this point you should have your Dalaran hearthstone and/or Garrison Hearthstone. So unless you plan on going to the chamber of the heart or Nazjatar (lol) at any given moment the only real reason to be in Daz is for portals to Org, which with two out of your three hearthstones you already have.
Or be a mage lol

I did a mostly joking thread about this too but it was more about how many thousands of gold more we had to pay for those flights compared to the Alliance.

Played both faction and tbh i find both cities aweful. Boralus is just confusing while Dazar’dalor is just too scattered.

1.5 minutes compared to 4, it’s not even close.
Well you are ignoring that we had almost a year before Mechagon was even a thing… So even with a crappy flight for one patch, i seriously doubt it was enough to compensate for our entire expansion of having a crap capital city layout.

If we’re going that far the free 10% AP boost from hordemode the entire expansion, especially at launch, probably more than made up for it.
Now thats a point i cant argue with.
