What is the frequency of your play-sessions; days per week, plus how many hours per session per day?

Too much. Probably dozens of hours per week.

I spend an hour or two a day playing Wow. My playtime over the years has gotten less. I used to play a lot more.

Not nearly as much as I used to, on average I’d say like 2 hours a day, maybe 3?
But lately I haven’t even been getting on for even that.
Today, I only played for less than an hour, maybe 45 minutes.
In the early expansions, I’d play for 4-8+ hours a day after school, well into the night.
I play nightly for 2 hours or so. My wife plays as well so it’s basically our “unwind time” together after the kids go to bed. We used to play a lot more though back in the day.
I probably put in 5-10 hours a week, at most, in WoW these days. I also haven’t lasted beyond the second patch in any expansion since WoD other than BFA…or I quit soon after launch and return at the end.
BC - MoP was more like a second full time job, like 30 - 40 hours a week.
That info should tell you how I feel about current WoW compared to BC - MoP.

Way more than I should have, got PoE2 and Shadow Gen on the back burner.
No idea when I’ll be investing in any of them. 
Depends on the season. Mid-winter maybe 20+ hrs/wk. Summer, 2-4 hrs if I’m lucky.
Also have shared custody, so that affects it too.
I spend too much time playing and yet still not enough to get everything done.
During the beginning of a season? Like 6h a day, every day give or take.
Right now, I kinda log in for like 15 mins, consider doing a key, remember I am not going to have fun now that my friends are taking a break, log off.
Sometimes every few days I play for about 7 minutes
Varies wildly depending on what I’ve got going on in any given week.
I was off work for the last week and a half but also kept stupid busy by family, so it evened out to about the same.
