Just curious to know approximately how long it’s taken anyone who recently hit exalted with these longer games.
Looking to know from an alliance perspective. My main was able to do it in a few days at AV launch.
Now my alt is trying and I’m only at 4K/6k friendly with maybe 5 hours played.
Any tricks to get more rep, like turn ins?

Shamelessly do all of the turn-ins and ask everyone else to do them or leave items on corpses so that people who care can do the turn-ins. Free Ichman and make sure he survives. Crystals and Commander’s Medals are your best friends. Long games can be great for rep. Once Horde makes turn-ins impossible, /afk and wait 15 minutes to repeat.
What he said. You should have all your turn ins done by the ten minute mark if the match isn’t looking good /afk out then go again. Should be around 1k rep an hour.
If you can get rogues to escort wing commanders back for turn ins it goes faster.
It’s not so much your time played, as it’s more you’re matches won. Try to get people to rush galv in your groups and it’ll go faster.
Around 150-200 hours on horde if you include afking between queues.
I got exalted after a week of losing 95% of the matches to alliance.
About 6 hours a day for5 days. That’s when AV just came out and ques were fast. Alliance won all battles while horde killed Belinda and leuthenants for rep.
From a Horde perspective, it took me 3 days or 28 hours to max out exalted with FwC, then I stopped PvPing for 3 weeks. It took 6 weeks to max out the main 4 factions for the Horde with the turn-ins to the wing commanders, armor and blood NPCs. The hard thing I would assume for Alliance as it’s a issue with Horde is getting people to do the turn-ins if they loot a enemy corpse.
Past the half way point to exalted and then I’m one less schmuck in the alliance que!

I’m glad I got exalted the first week AV was released… lol
The reputation was flowing quickly in the first couple weeks of release but then it took a sharp nosedive. I’m still not exalted and I’ve been doing several AVs a week for what, 4 months now? Much more difficult than I remember it being in Vanilla; I was nearly exalted before I even hit 60 back then.
Yah, it’s tough. And for us druids, that ring, mace, and offhand are too good to not get!
