How much harder is Normal Raids compared to LFR?

When i do LFR we might wipe once or twice but it’s usually pretty chill.

How much harder is normal, how much longer does it take, will i need 2 spend 2 nights for the rest of my life just raiding?

Difficulty is relevant. I’d say even heroic is largely a joke up until heroic Dathea/Broodkeeper for a PUG.

It depends on the numbers people can pull, and the mitigation and generic coordination the tanks will have.

Most guilds have a schedule. It’s been a long time since I raided on a schedule, but we used to raid two nights a week for 3 hours each.

Sometimes we cleared the whole raid. Other times we only made it halfway or spent 6 hours wiping to one boss. Just depends on the group and their experience.

Not all that different, the only difference is you’re forced to use discord and people are actually doing things. And instead of fighting with people over loot, people are doing so in an organized matter.

In general, you’ll find pugs are FAR less tolerant to what I’ll call “LFR nonsense”. If you are even lucky to get the invite, you’re on super thin ice where any noteable mistakes may just get you kicked (and unlike LFR, there is no voting. Leader wants you gone then you are gone).

If you manage to get in with a guild, it’ll be a crapshoot. More casual/laid back guilds will be more tolerant of bad/poor players because they value the social element whereas tryhard guilds (which does not mean necessarily good guilds) will be more prone to getting irritated and sitting/benching people. It’ll be very rare if downright impossible to find any actual screaming guilds/leaders since people will just nope out of that in no time…this isn’t retail where you are confined to your server and thus beholden to the no life dorks with delusions of power and egos to boot getting away with their nonsense because cross realm group finder pretty much neuters them outright.
