I suspect that this is getting ready for TBC, blizzard does not tend to make fast moves unless it something that they care about… in this case, the only game that Classic team really cares about is SoD. Its kinda obvious they don’t care about Cata, Era or Anniversary, but they do tend to do things for SoD.
Warden actively collects huge amounts of data on us at all times and does nothing with it. They are choosing not to.
If compare with current RMT prices, and token price in cataclysm:
Gold avg price on cataclysm is 0,4$ per 1k
WoW token price is 21,5k
So WoW token price on black market is around 8,6$
Anniversary:
Gold price is 8,5$ per 1k
So WoW token price will be around 1k
That’s not terrible. I could probably max out the funding on an account pretty quickly.
