How much data does wow use?

Just to play? Let’s say in an hour. Game is fully downloaded.

Edit: I have the answer: 21ish mb an hour. 1gb in 48 hours of playing.

Uses memory on you’re computer though.

WoW uses about 6 KBps in the open world, more in large groups.

You’re connected to the internet? It should be using some internet to work? The whole game isn’t on your computer. Some things are server side. When the game request server information it uses the internet to grab it. That would use up data.

Talking about network data.

OP, it’s not a lot. I did an entire evening while hotspotted once because the power was out. Only used like 100ish mbs.

All the data between the client and server is basically text so it doesn’t use a lot. I frequently hotspot off my phone to connect with a laptop. I notice no difference in game play doing that over connecting to my home ethernet.
