How many Timewarped Badge Mounts are there? And other questions

I’m seeing [Yu’lei, Daughter of Jade] and [Ironbound Wraithcharger].

  1. Yu’lei is purple and IBWC is…Heirloom blue. I’m assuming that means one is account-wide and the other isn’t. No?
  2. Are there other mounts I should consider? I thought there was only the IBWC and I just kinda went for it, but since I hit 5k badges during MOP week, I can’t buy it, and now I’m wondering if there are better options. Looking through Wowhead wasn’t producing any results.
  3. I’m seeing a lot of rep bonuses. Is this efficient?

Any advice you can lend is appreciated.

I have a few alts that let their badges accumulate until I can buy a mount. I have the MoP dragon and enough for 2 more right now.

But the rest of my alts definitely use their badges to buy some of those rep tokens that I don’t want to deal with. I’m lazy and never finished all of that anglers crap… so, I plan on spending badges on that this go around. I just have some alts do the 500 badge quest each TW’ing and use it for whichever rep. Although, Anglers might be the last one I need that I can buy with TW’ing.

Apparently there’s a third, Eclipse Dragonhawk, which I assume is for both the WoD and BC TWD.

I think I’m going for the horse. A flying horse without wings is rare (afaik)

They are for both factions and neither fly. I think the dragonhawk and the jade serpent are the only flying mounts.

The Ironbound Wraithcharger can also fly. The only ones that can’t are the WoD mounts.

No, that’s just a bug. Yu’lei’s also account bound.

There’s also the Hawkstrider from TBC, and the Cataclysm one. There’s also the WoD mounts.

It can be if you wanna clean something up. Lots of mounts come from reputations like the ones over in WOTLK and some other expansions.

Which is the Cata mount? Searching for these things in the Mount Menu is harder than you might expect.

…I can’t for the life of me remember. Maybe there isn’t one for Cataclysm and I’m wrong on that one. I assumed each expansion has one but I might actually be incorrect on that.

BC has the Dragonhawk.
WOTLK has the flying Horse.
MoP has the flying serpent.
WoD has the wolf and the elekk.

I just looked it up myself, there is no Cata mount.

All these years later it’s still putting in the effort for the worst xpac.

Edit: Also, there’s literally a cougar named “Catamount.” HOW HARD WOULD IT BE?
