How many times a week can I run Superbloom and get rewards?

Do you run Superbloom multiple times in a week with the same character? Is the only reward for each additional run Emerald Drewdrops? I’m wondering if the 10 or 15 million cost for each loop is worth it. I recently tried the event with War Mode, and it was enjoyable for a few PVP Tokens.

If my group can fill that bar, will I get the triple bag payout each and everytime?

there is only one big reward per week. that is from the Quest.
other than that you can get the green, blue and purple bag each hour for Flightstones and crests

You can get other loot from the end boss kill. Just nothing mega. Like transmogs.
