How many quests have you completed on your main? (does not include daily quests)

Hey all! Having been playing since early vanilla, I figured out that if someone started in vanilla and completed every quest possible across every expansion (not including daily quests) they would have around 15k-18k quests completed.

HOW TO FIND OUT?
Log onto your main character and click the achievements tab. Then click statistics > quests and then take the # of quests completed minus # of daily quests completed.
((daily quests I don’t have a # for, but it is a lot less - maybe 1000 total, but since daily quest total # counts repeats, it would be almost impossible to determine how many different ones were completed)

So for now, we stick with regular quests. How many have you completed? Post in the comments!

Also, if we could have 3 new achievements, players would have something to shoot for and can go back to see how many they can complete on their main character.

1 - completing 10,000 quests (not including dailies)
2 - completing 15,000 quests (not including dailies)
3 - completing all quests available to their race/class combination (depending on when you started WOW, the # could be up to around 18,000)

**yes there are that many quests in the game, per faction - so get out there and try to complete as many as you can on one character!

Normal quest wise, currently 4557 quest done. Though, I have some alts that have done entire zones and such that my main (This guy) has not done. Like my one character Gaffgarion did all of Northrend while this guy did not. I got another alt (Low level Twink) who is going to be doing all of Kalimdor. Which this guy has also not done.

(Sips )

So my total (taking total quests completed and minus the daily quests completed total) is 10,100 or so.

I still have numeroud end game quests to complete and about 75% of the quests for the low level zones from cataclysm. So I have at least another 4000-5000 to complete.

And that number includes completed every quest in vanilla except for maybe 10 of them.

No one has completed every quest in the game since vanilla (includes pet battle quests, dragonriding quests, and all crafting quests for their professions - though depending on profession, you might have a little more to complete than others)

I love that WOW has sooo much content to enjoy and there is soooo much more for everyone to see! Just remember, every achievement for completing quests in a zone does not count ALL of them. There are always more!

Keep it going!

My quests completed 17,334.

7K on this toon but I’m playing it for the first time since cata.

Account wide I’ve done loremaster about 2.5 times. I have no idea how many quests that is.

I need to do it on this character now but I’m waiting to see if we get the transmogs with the new system in the next expansion. Although OCD forces me to clear everything in a zone anyway so eventually Ill get it done as long as I can stick to a character.

Quests: 20,619
Dailies: 10,481
Quests not dailies: 10,138

Says I’m at 16700, which is surprising because I’ve been really lazy in the last few xpacs.

This toon

Quests completed 22662
Daily quests completed 15952

probably a lot more if I didnt change mains more than I change socks, lol

By going with the math of quests minus daily quests, I have completed 9360 quests on Shadina.

Very cool everyone! Keep those totals coming!

I believe there is an achieve for 5k quests completed and higher for dailies, but nothing for 10k quests, 15k or all of them.

When cata came, they removed about 1200 quests and changed another 1000 or so to be doable again since they updated them for Cata storyline. So even if you didnt start in Vanilla, you can easily get 10k or more quests completed. Probably close to 12-13k.

I feel old starting in vanilla but to go through the whole storyline from beginning to current is soo epic!! I hope everyone gets a chance to explore more and look for quests they might have missed!

A few tips:

1 - achievements for quests completed per zone DO NOT include all quests available
2 - talk to every NPC you find and I’ve found dozens that open up new quest lines
3 - every dungeon and raid should have at least one quest and many have several
4 - pet battles, crafting, gathering, pvp, dragonriding and all other types of quests count as regular quests too

Good luck to everyone! I will personally send 10k gold to the first player who can prove they completed 15k normal quests (screenshot of statistics> quests page)

If you started WOW late, don’t worry! Every expansion pack is accessible and chock full at least 1000 quests each! Have fun, help each other and lets all eventually see everything on at least one character.

CHALLENGES:

Be the first player to complete 15,000 quests on an Alliance character AND 15,000 on a horde character. No matter when you started WOW, this is 100% doable.

Over 30k lol

Normal quests: 8,523

That’s for the character that I do “everything” on, truly a main. There are a few quests I haven’t done in DF yet, and there may be some in SL and BfA too (because I just can’t be arsed…).

Darth, you take the total amount of quests completed and subtract the total amount of daily quests completed. That is how you figure out how many regular quests you have completed (these totals are not shared among alts - they are per character).

Technically, if you did every quest on one horde and on one alliance character, you would end up with over 30k quests completed lol

Quests completed - 29329
Dailies - 17339

That leaves a tad shy of 12k. I know I’ve done nearly most anything, quest wise, in the game. I know I could hit the 12k mark easy enough but I don’t know where there would be anything past it.

I didn’t even add dailies?

Na I am good

Quests completed includes dailies you have to SUBTRACT the number of dailies to get the number of quests

Quests Total: 31883
Daily Quests: 20314
Quests no Dailies: 11569

Oh ok I’ll check later and report back
