Interesting enough, some people have the mindset of many expansions where some skilled player join to hit max lvl race day 1. I don’t think this is gonna be the case for classic, but who knows.
How many guilds will clear Molten Core week 1? some people says: this is old crapy-lowbie content and trivial, hmm might be but… I’m not so sure if can be done first week, we will see.
Others says: classic will be cleared in 2 weeks, and dead before 6 months… I don’t know Rick, looks fake to me.
No matter the case, what’s important now is having fun, 8.2 is around the corner, if classic is not for you because it is too hard, time consuming or you are missing WQ, your sub got you covered for BFA, if you are bored in BFA and wants some MMO playing and immersive gameplay simply join classic.
I believe WoW community will be stronger than it actually is, people will come back, dead accounts will return to live, and that’s a good for all wow players overall.

I’d feel accomplished if I reached level 10 on day 1.

The fastest classic 60 in the world is around 4 days. One day is straight-up impossible.

Yes but not considering leveling professions or anything else, just an empty toon, and dunno if that can be solo’d 4 days.
So many people will take their time exploring walking non stop, looking for clues, asking for help, etc… it can take months to finally hit a fully accomplish 60 toon.

You should change the title of this thread because it’s just silly and takes away from the point you are trying to make.

Actually does not take that long to get to lvl 10. I think it only took me an hour to an hour and a half to reach lvl 5. So I would shoot for 4 hours max to hit lvl 10 at least. It is once you hit lvl 20 onwards that it becomes more time consuming.
Just say no. Drugs are baaad, mmmmkay?

I’ve learned to never underestimate power levelers, but 60 on day one is just not possible.
MC clear on week 1, I think it will happen.

Lvl 60 fastest ever was 4 days and some hours played. So, it will take a week to just hit 60 that is no lifing it.
A good player will be around 2 to 4 months played time around 7 to 14 days.
Average player probably 4 months to 7months.
Casual 8 months to a year.
Hard to believe right

I hit 60 on Day 1 back on my first character.
If by “hit” you mean “attacked” and if by “60” you mean “a lvl 60 human paladin galloping through Tirisfal Glades who I attacked because I had no idea that it was another player, thought it was a mob and I got scared because he came up behind me very suddenly.”

Yeah, but sometimes you die and I also want to level professions too. And 4 hours is a lot in one sitting.

Nobody can hit lv 60 in one day i think you need 75 to 90 hours as mininum and that is only a “HUNTERS” speed running to the hell
The raids will be cleared insane fast cuz there are a lot of “guides” that teach you how.
Also the hype for wow-classic will last 30 days in my opinion then after that will keep around 2.5M active players i expect 7.5M at least the first days then they will play BFA&Classic sharing time.
