How many pieces of gear drop in Shadowlands M+ and raid at the end?

I’ve read varying reports about gear drop amounts in raid. Someone said it’s 3 per boss. Others said it’s more. What about M+? I’ve read 1 piece per run and then 2 elsewhere. Any hard data?

Mythic raid will drop 3 pieces of gear per boss and mythic + will drop 1 plus an additional for timing per wowhead. Links below:

I think at +16 keys will start increasing the chance of an additional piece end-of-dungeon, timed or not.
