How many people will get kicked out of dungeon groups for not having dragon riding?

Haven’t done any dungeons, they actually let you mount in them now?

happened to me im almost level 63 and got that dungeon without dragonriding had to leave and i havent progressed far enough into first area to unlock it yet.
