How many people will get kicked out of dungeon groups for not having dragon riding?

There is a open world dungeon that requires dragon riding because everything is located too far away so I wonder how many people will get kicked out of groups for not having it or doesn’t know how to use it?

And how many people will “try” to work with that player before realizing that they are wasting not only their time but their group’s time and forced to kick that player?

And if there are any flying speed increases for dragon riding, would players with less flying speed be kicked out of mythic + groups?

It would be interesting…

I mean, pretty sure you need to at least learn the basics to even progress through the leveling zones.

So if someone can’t even manage that, I’d say it’s a pretty good indicator that you need a new group member anyways.

There’s also a follow mode that turns you into a whelp and lets the player your following do all the flying for you.

The initial dragon riding quests are part of the campaign. You can’t ‘not have’ dragon riding by the time that dungeon is available. Even if you only have a few dragon glyphs you can do that dungeon - though more would be better.

I want to use my fists like a monk. Why do I have to use weapons?

How many dungeons will I be kicked out of for playing the way I want?

This is an accessibility nightmare to be quite honest.

It adds an element of fine motor skills that has never been required for WoW, and there seems to be no workaround for it.

Dragon riding seems like it will be lots of fun for those of us who are able to play it, but I really wish they didn’t make it mandatory for everyone - maybe put a summoning stone to call teammates over who can’t make it, or something.

Edit: apparently there is a flight path workaround, so that is great news. A friend of mine spent 2 hours trying to get past the soar quests on dracthyr due to a disability, and I would hate for them to have to miss out on the entire expansion.

I don’t think there is even a practical way to level to 70 without it, so I don’t think this will even happen.

There are quests to teach you how to do it. I’ve heard there is also a flight path in the dungeon so you don’t even even have to use dragon riding in the dungeon (just what I’ve heard, cannot confirm)

There aren’t any in the dragon riding talent tree afaik. So this isn’t an issue either.

This is everywhere in DF? Not just dungeons I hope.

I think you can do a passenger pretty much in the whole world except maybe a few spots

what do you mean?
70 can be done easily without running dungeons as far as I saw.
just do a bit of side questing off the main questline

If you need to be kicked we’ll wait.

No, not running dungeons, getting dragon riding.

I don’t think there is a practical way to level to 70 without getting dragon riding.

nope…and some players are NOT going to be able to keep up even if they can DR to some extent otherwise. Hopefully they can ride with other players who can do the DR thing good.

it was pretty stupid not to take players with motion sickness and motor skill issues into account. They play THIS game instead of other games that require that stuff because wow has been very friendly in that regard so far.

Again, they can

oh…sorry. lol. Ignore me. I havent slept much. Up like 15 times last night.
A couple of those glyphs are VERY high up. Actually screwed with my vertigo trying to get them lol.

No…not at all its part of the main questline. I dont think it is possible to get to 70 without DRing, I believe youre right on that one.

Never, you’re my fuzzy buddy
