How many people do you think got the leggo but didn't do the grind?

I got the legendary drop last night on my dk and I’m met with what seems to be a wild world content grind. But I don’t need the small bump to dps I’ve already got what I want to get done so what’s the point?

Did anyone else get the legendary but look at the grind and not bother?

It’s barely a grind tbh and the materials will never be cheaper. It’s worth it for the tmog imo and will only be more expensive and time consuming later. Purely subjective though, obviously.

Havent gotten it yet, but i wont do the grind. If it drops its only for the mog

it’s really not a “grind”. it’s only a few things, only reason it took me any time at all was the bugged out rare quest. Once cleared up, done in a jiffy.

world content is mind-numbingly boring.

3 mins to solo a rare and I need 50 rares? So 2.5 hours of just hitting a target dummy basically?

This is awful.

Depends on if I get the legendary or not, may spend the time, may go play more BG3 or something else. Repition is mind numbing the only thing that is keeping me going are those sweet sweet embers each week LOL

I got it last night and finished it this morning the grind was actually pretty short if you know what your doing.

Rares is nothing wait until you have to do 5+ superblooms the people who designed the quests for the axe are monsters

If I remember right it’s 10 Superblooms total.

The same was for the Evoker legendary; I still remember farming Fyrakk Assaults for two days…

If you want the transmog you will probably have to do the grind, since the legendary drop is just a quest item.

If I get the leggo, I’m 100% not doing the grind

When it all said and done, it’s really not that bad, you can do the emeral frenzy events for the tethercoil by simply not looting the mobs and repeat spawning the rare. Then for the gear you can buy it off the vendor and get the enchant item easy peasy, and then for the leaves just have someone use the leaf on you and use another on yourself and it takes like 10 or so events to get all that you need.

The enchanting mats and inscription mats are what cost you an arm and a leg, primarily due to blizzard making both stupid expensive because they can. The leatherworking mats aren’t that expensive anymore, and then the event at the end is very easy to do.

All in all if you want the feat of strength at least its worth it, but if you don’t want that then yeah its not worth it.

Yup, you have to make it to get the tmog, all the item is a placeholder for the attunement quests you have to do to wield it properly.

No idea what that will be like since it’s not going to drop for me given the groups are just getting worse and worse now each week. Hours are wasted just trying to get into a group. This legendary is crud.

I have no idea what this is. I don’t enjoy world content so I generally don’t do it. I guess I have to go read a guide to do this awful grind? Somehow that makes it worse.

We have someone in our guild that got one like a month ago and has done their first Superbloom event to start it last weekend to get the quest for other players to help them (and hasn’t done another since). They don’t play a spec that would really benefit from it and they don’t really intend to. So I don’t blame them for not putting forth the effort into it.

I dunno I personally did not think much of the grind on the character of mine that has it. I’d do it again

Every time I read leggo I think of something going on someone’s legs. Is that intentional from you all?
