How many of you legit play Undead on a main or even a main alt?

I play an Undead DK because well…it’s a DK so it just makes sense. What about you?

I mained an undead warlock for YEARS. Loved it. If I still enjoyed playing a warlock I’d probably pick it back up.

I’ve never made an undead character in my entire almost 20 years of playing this game.

That said, they are cool as hell. Undead mains get a cookie and a high five.

I have seen one undead in raid since I came back in November.

Last time I played a Forsaken was a priest in vanilla. Probably around 2005. Can’t bring myself to do it with all of the far superior looking races in the game now.

Upright orcs, Z trolls, and BEs make undead and darkspear trolls look like something from another game entirely. Both Forsaken and DS troll could do with a serious rework.

I actually really like Undead a lot. Really rich lore, WotF is still a decent racial, cannibalize is pretty useless but fun. I like their animations too for the most part. My major issue is that so many boot models, regardless of what level of decomposition you choose for your Undead, have their bony little toes sticking out.

Put those grippers away.

Only brainless ppl main undead , the undead race don’t need it :stuck_out_tongue:

My DK is Undead – and wears a Scarlet Crusade tabard, more as a trophy than anything else.

I have an undead rogue I play on occasion. Been thinking about making an undead lock. They’re cool, but tough to mog.

My first toon was a Forsaken warlock. She was my main until undermine, when I brought out my goblin.

If my game time wasn’t so limited, my forsaken DK would also be in play.

I have one undead character. He has a blonde pompador and wears a tuxedo. His name is Clavell, and is headmaster of a pet battling academy named after fruit.

He only existed to get the heritage armor and be a pokemon joke.

I do not play undead. Simply because I do not like their aesthetic.

I actually don’t play any of the original Horde races. This paladin is the closest to the OG races that I have gone and I have one each of their allied races except the Nightborne. And this Paladin will probably be human (unless Night Elf or Kul Tiran Paladins are added) in Midnight.

My Death Knight alt is Undead. The original Death Knights were undead humans, and that’s what I wanted.

I don’t play him regularly. He’s still level 70 at the moment. I’ll probably get him to 80 during the new leveling event.

Undead is perma BiS aesthetic.

I do. My main is a shadow priest and Undead are the most fitting race for Shadow Priest

This character actually started out as undead back in ~2005 or 2006 when I created it for exactly that reason. At the time I only really knew Final Fantasy as far as RPGs were concerned, so the concept of an undead being something that typically one-shots undead was interesting to me.

These days though I don’t have any undead characters. All of my non-allied race alts were picked based on profession racials and undead don’t have any of those. :skull:

Was actually planning to roll an undead mage not too long ago, but lost interest once I saw they’d lost their old casting animation lol. Completely killed it for me.

Nope. Never play undead … unless it’s October then I get my undead warlock out to play again. That’s the only one I have and I kinda enjoy it but usually limited playtime.

I’m leveling a Undead Mage because, I dunno, I think it looks cool and I like the backstory I came up with him.

He used to live as an aspiring mage in Stratholme, wanting to be accepted to the Kirin Tor. He used his skills in frost magic to make little frost treats, Cone of Cold style!

Then Arthas happened. His enthusiasm sure faded for his original goals. He’s very unhappy about his new lot in unlife, but this Sylvanas seems to have good ideas, and he owes her second chance to her. Let’s take down Arthas for what he has done!

Until Sylvanas started practicing blatant necromancy, which the Kirin Tor would never abide by. Slowly growing disenchanted and then forcefully removed from his home by her actions, and feeling untrusted by the Horde at large due to her grand betrayal, he had nowhere to go, and nothing to do.

Ultimately, a goblin owning a small conglomerate employed him to be a slush salesman, having learned of his past way back when. So now he works a job he despises, living in a place he loathes, and has a forced smile on his face when everything is falling apart around him.

…But things can only improve, right?! They sure can’t get much worse.

Forsaken was fine until the crap they did to it. Casting animations always been good but never stuck to one. Played them off and on but always back tauren.
