Got mine after the update. Yeah, I waited for some time to see if the event will get any changes and so it did.

Yep just got mine recently. A nice addition to have.

They also drop from the mobs and on Node completion.

Might want to check your mailbox. I had several delivered there instead due to whatever is going on with the servers.

Keep in mind it has a unique limit of 20 and the zone boss gives 5, so you may need to delete some quantity of what’s in your bag to be able to get the 5 from the zone boss / from the mailbox if you’ve already hit that limit and the postmaster has them.

Objective Completions have a chance to give 1 as well.

I have all the parts for it, too lazy to assemble -another- heirloom that won’t get used.

Oh, that’s nice! They probably just need to remove it altogether and make it vendor for silver or something, but at least getting the amount you need for the ring is no longer something that requires micromanaging your inventory count.

I got the heirloom ring before they even made the changes to the pre-patch, on the second day I believe.

the heirloom ring not even having a special effect like the previous prepatch heirlooms is just adds insult to injury of the level of attention they put into this prepatch event…

I got multiple other heirloom rings but can only equip one at a time. Does this one have the same limitation or can it be worn with other heirloom rings, so you have two heirloom rings equipped at the same time?

I got it pretty quickly, but I’ve pretty much stopped using heirloom gear - I don’t need any more alts and it’s too expensive to try to keep the whole collection fully upgraded. But I suppose it’s nice to have in my back pocket in case of some future gearing emergency.
