I go Trade/Mage/Dwarf/Old, Trade you can get done pretty quick and maintain pretty high sanity since the mobs aren’t that dangerous and the two elites are close to each other. Objective is pretty fast too. Since Mage is the worst it’s best to go in with as high sanity as possible, since you may lose quite a bit doing it.
Also just got my four mask! I don’t think I’m going to be able to push 5, but I’m happy with that progress. Will at least get the 5 mask down next week, for sure.
Just cleared a full 3 mask run, 4 is definitely looking dicey.
Haven’t gotten my tributes maxed out yet, could help swing things in my favor, will shoot for a four before the week ends. Without an interrupt Alleria feels weirdly less taxing on Sanity. Also haven’t tested it out yet but I think there’s a possibly I could skip out on Old Town with invispots. Don’t seem like there’s any truesight enemies there, at least without multitude.
As long as you’re not letting the eyeball zap you the only things that will zap Sanity is Darkening Sky and the bombs. Polymorph will immobilize you which leaves you vulnerable to both those and getting eye’d but outside of that she’s really not too bad!
Getting hit by her big wombo AoE will probably one shot you, though, Sanity wise. Rest is pretty manageable!
Four Mask requires Multitudes or Long Night, both of which aren’t great. I went with Multitudes but BM has a personal tank and cleave machines. Long Night could be possible but you’d have to be REAL efficient and have good pot spawns.
Five Mask right now will require both Multitudes and Long Night, and no thanks. I don’t think most will be able to pull that off.
If you got good cleave you can probably get away with Multitudes? The scary thing is, and I know you aren’t going to like hearing this, a lack of interrupt. Buffed Mind Flays and those tentacle eye beams hit really hard.
It’s really the only reason I’m not using MM, just because the damage dealt starts to get a bit wild. When every mob is getting a 15% buff, especially with a lot of pulls having a lot of trash mobs, it gets deadly fast.
Multitudes I see has more going for itself atm, -50% Sanity is brutal.
Have you tried Camouflage in Old Town? Don’t seem to be any(Or not a lot of) true sight enemies there just mostly SI:7 people you have to fight. Will practice some routes later.
The Executioners have True Sight and there’s one right past the Pig and Whistle, and there’s a faceless hanging out in the alleyways so you’ll be stopped by either one. If you push through to them you run a risk of pulling the mobs you sneak past. They add extra faceless in Multitudes, so it’s just a flat out no go.
I tried brute force stealthing past it once! It didn’t end very well! Feign Death works sometimes but not always.
you can only get half of teh mask --need to kill gamon next week in org to get the other shard to make teh mask . Killing hogger is easy
more rewards from the chests at th end , which means more currency to buy the stuff from the vendors
drink them all except for the bad one each run , You can find the bad one in your run by going straight ahead once you zone in and in teh far right hand corner is a dead body --the potion next to it is thebad one for that run . Next week in the Org vission go into teh second hut on the left after yoy zone in --same deal , dead body with a potion next to it .
Drinking potions levels up one of your tributes allowing you to see treasure chests throuhout the run
I find “Pained” to be the easiest as i dont find the affixes hard to deal with
took me a few runs , by that time I think all my tributes were at level one --the 50 sanity back from killing eleites at that point helps ( and teh next level its 100 points back ) . Also knowing the routes and having done them many time back in BFA I think helps . prioritising the districts on teh first few runs helps level the tributes , do teh two easy ones over a few times
Much less than that is required, I think. I just killed all the mobs in each district + the few mobs between some like the three gnomes from Cath to Dwarf and the eye stalks on the way to both trade and mage.
