I was on the side that there was enough, and then I learned of xmute fire to earth, now i’ve completely flipped.

To do “transmute fire to earth”, the alt has to be level 35, and also purchase the recipe inside BRD (a level 52 dungeon). The transmute has a 1-day cooldown. On my 2 Classic realms, the earth essences are only 2 or 3 gold higher, so the transmute makes that much profit per day.
3 of the crafting professions (tailor, alchemist, LW) have a CD recipe (2,3,4 days) that averages 4 gold per day profit. I’m an altoholic: when I get a character to 35, I start doing the CDs on 2 of those professions. So far I have 5 level 35-42 toons, so I’m making around 40g per day.
right now i’m at 4 alch CDs 2 snow maker CD 1 salt shaker CD and 1 mooncloth CD warlock is still 7 levels off from having his arc CD
also it really depends on the prices for the AH, I managed to swipe several stacks of fires for around 1g each, and earths were selling for 12g each at the time.
The closer we get to Naxx or when most of the pop realizes t3 cost a ton of cured rug hide and mooncloth, arc bar’s your going to be a very rich man!!!
