How long will you play Classic WoW?

I would hope indefinitely. I may not play it everyday, but I’ve been playing wow since TBC, so I don’t see why I wouldn’t want to log in to classic every now and then even 10 or so years from now. I’ve invested too much in wow and love it to much to swap to any other MMO, so as long as Blizzard can deliver an authentic experience, I’m in.

The key is that I don’t plan to burn myself out on classic. I want it to be gradual enjoyment, despite initially going crazy playing it.

Game definitely changed after Ulduar patch. I’d still play all the way through Wrath if they made it. Cata forward has turned game into trash.

unless something drastically changes with live, ill be in classic till im done with mmo’s period. cant say how long that will be for certain.

My theoretical max would be however long i take to level two or three of half the classes. After that at most I’ll level for the low level experience.

So several decades probably.

Ill progress through it and move on to bc and wrath if they release them. Cata is really when I felt like I had nothing to do

I plan on playing until 60 just to get my classic fix in. I guess that will probably take me about 3 months or so. I don’t plan on rushing either. If they make the sub a reasonable price I would play for years. But at 15 a pop there are better games even though classic is my second fav game of all time with tbc being 1.

Most likely 6 months to a year, depending on how things go. Will probably never go back to retail, as they don’t seem to want to listen to the community and instead choose to go on with: no new skills for leveling, more artifacts, more artificial time gating.

… Retail is dead to me, so yeah Classic until i get bored i guess?
