How long will server transfers be open?

I plan to transfer from Grobbulus to Deviate Delight with my friends, however two of them are away for work until the weekend. Are we out of luck?

Apologies if this has been clarified elsewhere. I just can’t seem to find a specific amount of time they’ll be open, other than the notice that they may close early and without warning.
