You playing this fresh?
If youâre only playing 2 hours a day yeah definitely.
Sometimes I spend 1-2 hours just farming to level my tradeskill up.
I like to spend some time leveling it at the start so that Iâm making gear thatâs my leve;, after that it sorta keeps itself at level with you naturally.
I always do my tradeskills while levelling, especially as a warrior.
I like to make my own armour.
If you can only play 2 hours a week I would just not even bother. Even if you love classic youâre just not going to be able to do anything here
Itâs okay to be too busy to play
This is a bad take.
Some people enjoy leveling my dude.
Itâs okay to never hit level 60 and just have fun doing lowbie dungeons and leveling.
bad players usually take about 2 weeks.
I guess I find it interesting that 2004 was 20 years ago and world first are long over⊠all that stuff in âclassicâ kind of made me laugh. The big rushâŠ
Itâs ok to take your time and just enjoy things⊠even to waste time.
I did the big push in 2004 and was in a guild group that was pushing daily/nightly through content or at least what was available at launch. Just donât see the point of that in these classic versions. Plus the game I left for after burning out doesnât exist now so for me itâs going to be slowish.
If you know even a semi optimized questing route - which by now you should - and hit each dungeon at an appropriate level and clear the quests youre looking at 3-4 weeks of play to hit 60 if youre managing 10-12ish hours a week. Any longer and its either due to lack of play or getting sidetracked with profs (which some will do and some wont)
Can you link me fully optimized routes? Please
Plenty of guides to google up.
Iâll let you know when I finish!
Iâve attempted to before and never find good results but thank you for suggesting the most obvious possible answer
I always find it hard to fast level by questing on new servers. There will be a constant fight over spawns that drop important items, and if you skip those quests and just go for gathering dirt covered necklaces, there are not enough quests in a zone and you waste a lot of time traveling.
I am debating leveling a class that is really good at mass aoe, but even that has problems on crowded servers because those spawn points are also camped.
This leaves fast solo mob farming like hunter, or get in a dungeon group as cleave or heals.
If I play, I want to be running MC in December, so I need to hit 60 in three weeks.
yup, doing it super casual is roughly 6 months
Depending on how efficiently you level and what class you are probably 4-8 days /played or about 100-200 hours.
What about you? I think I might at least check it out.
Average 130 hours.
Absolutely. Horde ofc
Some of us Dadâs play(ed) Frost Mages and know the AOE areas , so a couple hours a night can = far different speed depending on class too.
10 days playtime minimum if you arenât proficient at leveling, especially on a PVP server
