How long until they re-release trading post stuff?

Next year? Couple years?

I was taking a break from the game and missed out on Eggbob pet, and I’m really sad and annoyed that I can’t get eggbob anymore. It’s actually pretty unfair it was only available for that month.

Since they’re going to re-release t3, challenge mode gear, legion mage tower appearances, old elite pvp sets, and old glad mounts, I am wondering when they will re-release trading post items? Have they said yet?

I guess I’ll just wait around for them to stop implementing FOMO so I can finally get eggbob

There are some things next month that were already in the trading post. So you might not have to wait as long as you think.

think we’re already seeing some repeat stuff in july.

As for the traveler log monthly rewards, who knows. since there’s an achieve for completing the travelers log 12 times, I’d assume (or rather hope) there will be no repeat monthly rewards for at least that long.

I already see the ice bear fists that I gotten the first month that Trading Post first started. So, its clear they’re reusing stuff that we missed.

but that means people won’t get items because they didn’t happen to be playing at a certain time, which is unfair

Fear of Missing Out is a psychological phenomenon. Limited time is the phrase you’re looking for. And since items are cycling back through, it isn’t limited. It’s simply cycling.

i mean that pet from 2008 was limited, and it’s coming back before eggbert which was just from a couple months ago. should i expect to wait 15 years for eggbob?

This comment makes no sense. At no point prior to this month was the Spirit of Competition ever in the Trading Post. Nor was Eggbert, which is a holiday pet and comes back every year.

Do you not comprehend that there are three items coming in July that are from previous months’ Trading Post? Where did you even get that comparison?

No one is punishing you. Let’s not get dramatic.

And if there’s something you want and you can’t afford it or don’t think you’ll be around, freeze it.

But since we’re already seeing previous Trading Post items return, we’re bound to see more as we go forward.

If it’s the model your interested in, Egbob is just a recolor of Egbert which you don’t have either. You should be able to find him on the auction house though. It’s a pet from Children’s Week which was just a couple of months ago, so I’m sure there’s a few being sold.

Not everybody needs to get every item. It’s not their fault you didn’t log in.

You had an entire month to log in and get it. Stop being so entitled.

Imagine if you will for a second that a store puts on a special. That special is for a limited time item. You CHOOSE not to go shopping for it.

A month after the event is done you go in expecting to be able to get it and they tell you that it was a limited time promotion and that you missed out on it.

Do you then throw a hissy fit in the store because you decided you didn’t want to go shopping when the promotion was on? Even though they gave you an entire month to get it?

If no, then don’t do it here.

If yes, then your life must be exhausting.
