I mean this can’t be quantified empircally in any reasonable sense either way because AV honor per hour payouts vary from game to game depending on how long they are, how honor rich they are, how well or poor your team does at clinching those honor sources, and etc. I’ve had games where I get 3-4k honor, I’ve had games where I get 8k honor, which is a wide variance.
Fact of the matter is a lot simpler to explain than everyone else is making it out:
Every single rank has a minimum amount of honor needed to even qualify for moving the bar forward. If you don’t hit that minimum bar right now, you decay (to a minimum of 0% of your current rank since they took out rank regression).
After this patch, if you don’t hit the minimum bar, you’ll stay exactly at the same % you were before Tuesday reset time.
Given that you need at least ~419k honor minimum at rank 13 in order to progress towards reaching r14, any honor amount below that = decay. After this patch in the same scenario, any honor amount below that will just mean not progressing at all.
Therefore, it is impossible to just do “1 AV a day” and eventually make it to r14. Pretty early on, your weekly required minimum to advance is way beyond what 1 AV can provide you.
Unless someone has figured out how to get 419k honor from 1 AV match, in which case, mad respect.

Youre asking someone to basically parse a math problem for you that no one really can since its based off a open ended subjective question.
If what Stinkyhero said is true. 175k @ rank 10 is 50 % of the rank after a week thats 350k in one week for a full rank at R10 - R11.
Can only assume that the Honor requirement will only increase from 350k or more.
If you idk ONLY do 1 AV a day ? thats at most idk 2500 honor? that would roughly be 175000 / 2500 = 70 AV’s worth of wins. OR 140 wins = Rank 10 - 11.
Again the numbers would only increase from there. Youre asking an extremely subjective question and are not liking any of the answers you are getting.
IF you even decide to do this expect it to take Months if not over a year of 1 AV a day. Quite possibly even way longer than that. Almost even not possible with the paramaters youve set for your self.
Sadly I just did the math for you at a fairly basic level.
Its going to take you 300 - 330 days of 1 AV a day with 100% win rates to get it. Good luck with that.
