I have 2 questions, are the rated pvp titles account wide, and how long would it take to get the Knight title with an average team?
Only usable on the toon you got it on, depends how much you win and the mmr of the other team/your team…

Pvp titles are account wide, yes. This season it could take you a long time to get knight. You should have started at the beginning of the season. Actually, most likely you probably won’t get it this season unless you know a few people around that rank that will let you on their teams.
Knight title is available to only alliance side characters, and is character specific. The achievement will show on all your characters, but the title can only be used by the character you earned the rating on.
Super annoying to have to earn the same titles over and over on different characters, but this is the game we play.

Not all PvP titles are account-wide. Mine is not.

The only rated PvP titles that are account-wide are the 300 RBG win one and Arena Master. All of the rating titles, hero and all rating titles from arena are character specific.
