With the Prepatch here and the xpac still in purgatory, how long do you suppose we will have to sit in prepatch? How long is too long to sit in prepatch? There will be plenty to do in prepatch for a little while, maybe…? Would love to hear opinions.

I’ve got a feeling that we’ll see Shadowlands around late November, early December at least. Given how the content in the pre-patch is getting spaced out, we may be here for a month or two before launch.

I’d honestly be fine with mini content patches being sprinkled into the prepatch to keep us from going crazy and Shadowlands releasing SOONtm.
Get it right and polished, like it used to be.

I have alts of every class, it’s gonna take me a bit to get used to class changes. Next week, of course, after I get all of them all spiffied up with new hair and pretty outfits.

The prepatch content itself looks pretty lame. I hope it isn’t more than two weeks.
I cant help but agree.
For me, the longer the better at this point.
There is so much I want to do with leveling challenges, but once the expansion launches I wont have time or interest for a long while.
Prepatch is honestly my favorite time of the year for wow.
Its like Thanksgiving to Christmas.
You get to celebrate and enjoy without the major hustle and bustle that comes with the biggest holiday.
I feel this way now, but I am sure after a month or so I’ll feel differently.
But still, I’d say under 2 months is still fine for me.
The problem is, if its any longer than that, then that means it was delayed a second time

I’m honestly happy about having a longer prepatch than previously expected.
If SL launched on Oct 27, the prepatch would’ve only been for two weeks.
I know the content doesn’t seem like much to endgamers, but to role players… this prepatch is like an entire expansion full of goodies!
