I didn’t sell my soul to pubg or Fortnite, so took me…like…over an hour just to get to renown 3. This is going to be up till next expac, right?

I keep on hearing 6 weeks but no one has been able to confirm this. It’s weird that Blizzard wouldn’t be up front about this. Almost like they want people to hang around just in case it’s gone in a few weeks instead.

It’s pretty awful. If you want all the cosmetics, I’d say do 2-3 levels a day to avoid getting too frustrated with this trash.

Took me, like, an hour in a half. I just went to the edges of the map and ran away from other players like the plague. Got me to 5th place once.

Honestly, I feel the same. Friends and I played for about an hour, got to level 3, and feel exhausted already. I’ll never be the last man standing, and the aggressive, superior PvPers clap my cheeks the second they see me. I’d be lucky to get 500 rep per run. FOMO, indeed. :frowning:

What you could do is enter solo, focus on completing the world quest for 300 or so and then just die. It’ll take maybe 30 seconds to 1 minute. This game is such crap.

Problem is, half the time, I can’t complete the world quest because some slackjawed pvp main or zoomer gets on my buttocks like a heat seeking rocket.

This is just a limited time starter event. This style of play is essentially the main part of the next expac replacing battlegrounds and dungeons/raids. A vast majority of wow players have been voting it as the best playstyle in years and they are taking notice.

I would go get used to it now and enjoy it like everyone else.

Why are you guys suffering through something you don’t like? Can’t you just take a deep breath and say “I’ll be okay without a few cosmetics”?

I mean theres been a lot of cool pvp mounts over the years that many pve players have never gotten, or AotC/CE raid rewards that non-raiders never get and nobody is raging about that.

Just don’t do it?
