How long is response times for refund requests take?

Just curious if the team works weekends?

The staff works around the clock. Tickets are answered in the order that they’re received. I would imagine queue times are a bit high at the moment, so all you can do is wait.

It also depends a lot on the different variables, especially as technically all digital sales are considered final. Depending on what you’re attempting to get refunded and all, it may take more than a cursory glance to see what, if any part of what you’re looking for to be refunded is eligible.

to sort of piggyback off Leilleath’s post, the forums also arent a means to bypass ticket queues so if you have one open youll just have to wait it out.

also depending how recent your purchase was youre trying to refund can matter on whether or not you actually get a refund too, a sort of return period so to speak. There are no guarantees GMs will be able to grant one though.
