I know it’s not out of the gates, but it’s been forever since I’ve been around for the start of an expansion. I don’t know how soon it is before the upgrades are there.
Just FYI, the level 60 upgrades are in the game right now.
If you’re asking when they’ll be upgraded to 70 and are curious about the historical trends, both BfA and Shadowlands upgrades were in the X.1.5 patch, so after the second raid tier.
