How long does login queue position get saved

So I gotta duck into uni for a few hours. Not confident I’ll be in game even if I did keep the game open by the time I return, but I’d rather not play those odds.

I’m aware that closing the game doesn’t immediately forget your login queue position, but will it remember that position several hours later? And/or; how long will that queue position stay remembered?

It perhaps won’t tell you, because the second you click “exit”, there will be another player anxiously awaiting to get in, furthering your queue time.

True - just curious about how the login queue actually works I guess. Not in any rush to play and I came expecting the queue :wink:
