So my receipt was accepted and I submitted my email with a confirmation code and everything… buuut no email yet for the pet code. is this something that comes immediately, or does it take a while to arrive in my inbox after they accept my receipt and I submit my email for the code itself? Confused how this is supposed to work, or if I need to contact their support.
Short answer: A relatively long time, depending on how lucky you get.
Here’s my experience: I received a total of 3 emails. 1st is submission confirmation, 2nd is congratulations your submission is valid/accepted so pick your reward, 3rd is the actual reward code. None of the emails were instantaneous, except for the first. All the others took 48+ hours (waiting 72+ hours for second and third email, each, is very possible/likely). I’d say if you wait longer than 72 hours for any email a Customer Support message is warranted, but you might end up waiting a long time for a response for that too.
My last experience with the receipt submission was an email saying they’d contact me within 48 hours. Finally got the code a full week later, and this only after I’d contacted their help email address … trolligaminghelp@snippmedia.com

Also receipt clearly showed I’d bought two bags and I only got one code, but by then was grateful for anything, I’d promised one to a buddy in Australia.
I’ve gotten almost 100 codes from them in 11 different submissions. At first Ferraro was quite slow to respond, but they seem to be getting faster. I think they were unprepared for the initial response, but as more people have gotten their codes already the number of requests has trended downward. While my early submissions took days, my most recent ones have been done in 24-36 hours. Keep in mind that they may be in Italy which has a time zone difference (ironic, since people in Italy can’t take advantage of the codes).
I’ve done 6 total. The shortest was 15 hours, and the longest was a week.
