My question is…
This is my new pally was looking for LFR and been almost 2 hours waiting now… what I find is I was in a group 1 tank missing and then soon I got shifted another group no heals and tanks there. unfortunately i got shifted into another new group soon and start waiting all over again. I was wating my group finder like this for 2 hour now. Is this normal???

Which raid did you choose? Raids that are “awakened” will have much faster queues compared to non awakened raids.
Awakened raids are marked by green diamond icon in lfr.
If you find yourself in queue longer than the original estimated time, leave and requeue.
You mean in queue right? Not actually in an instance?
There is no way I’m waiting 2 hours for LFR.
Good question, Awakened should be nowhere near 2 hour queues.

Don’t trust the role count during queue, it doesn’t know what it’s talking about.
If this is for Awakened LFR queues, two hours sounds abnormal. You might be able to drop queue and rejoin, but there’s no guarantee that will resolve the issue.
If this is for non-awakened raids, there will certainly be less people queuing, but two hours still sounds abnormal.
That’s why.
Expect very long queues for - I hate to use the term - but irrelevant raids.
You are queuing for content that hardly anyone else is doing.
Amirdrassil is Awakened this week, try queuing for that instead, unless you absolutely must do Edge of the Void right now

Edge of the Void is currently not Awakened and is therefore not beneficial for most players to run. Queue for the next set instead. The rewards will be better for you anyway.
If LFR detects you are a hybrid queued for DPS…it will mess with your queue time until you re-queue as the correct non-DPS spec.

So, the raids wherever is not awaikened take forever wait time!!

Soon enough, they will all be Awakened (Week 7).
Yes, each week a different raid is awakened and drops useful gear. This week its Amirradrasil, next week it will be vault and the week after Aberrus and so on.
If you have already done Amirradrasl this week, then there is no point in doing other raids in LFR this week.
This is still speculation that four weeks from now all raids will be awakened, but this isn’t confirmed yet. Blizzard had the note in the initial patch when the rotation was every 2 weeks, but they removed the line when they changed the roration to every week. I guess we will know in four weeks time.
Actually supposed to be next week, I believe, that all 3 are awakened.
Basically there is absolutely no reason to do them non awakened. So I was surprised you got anybody to queue up to begin with.
Once all are awakened, it will be interesting to see what the queues are like for each. Plus the whole Pandaria thing starting next week.
Yea if your dps its normal since everyone is dps and everyone wants to do it, you gota wait your turn, and your turn is in 2 hours
I thought there was one more cycle before all were awakened?
I could be wrong, but I thought they went from 2,2,2 all awake to 1,1,1 all awake. I thought that’s what I heard, but not 100% sure.
