Did I miss something? In want moment Bm hunter was Over Power to deserve this nerf? BM, especially, has never been in a good spot during the whole Shadowland expansion, so now that the spec in pre-parch is in a decent spot, suddenly got nerf and not only in his damage but also in a fun playstyle that makes the class much enjoyable and engaging. And the worst part of this is that this change is going to carry over Dragonflight. I guess time will tell, but if devs take this route, not so much hope for DF. I don’t want to sound dramatic but I am getting tired of being in the dumpster as a spec. Bm is the only spec I really enjoy in Wow and I will not be playing DF if things like this keep happening

yeah I hear ya…
not just bm, but mm as well. these nerfs to a class that is at the bottom doesn’t feel right, doesn’t make me wanna keep playing either.
I would love a post from the team saying where they think hunter should be in the ladder when it comes to damage and play style.

Devs buffed Piercing Fangs up to 5% crit damage, but it is pretty mediocre tbh, nothing has changed
Piercing Fangs will be out-stripped by Bloodshed in Season 1 anyway in terms of additional damage due to low crit damage and crit having lower priority in DF than SL.

Those 2 talents aren’t competing, so you will have no issues running both of them at the same time ?
You’ll get most damage from neither in Season 1.
Plus you’re just glossing over the fact that none of the BM capstones are worth taking.
