Why does the blizzard store, battlenet news ads, never work?
It either just doesnt load or loads without its styling.

You should make the part where you take more of our money for worthless garbage the EASIEST part of your whole thing. Not the hardest.
I want it to be easier to buy your dumb garbage cosmetics and boosts, blizzard. Have some self respect.
I find the in-game store to be the best because it has the little green ticks on all of the crap i already have.
Hmm. I’ve never had this issue. Do you have screenshots? Have you tried posting in Tech Support to see if they can help?
sure the ui is good… when it works! it just never works for me and thats across different devices and over many years so idk, youd think the take my money part would be a development priority and not make it just not work half the time lol
Try Tech Support. Give them as much detail as you can and screenshots if you can. See if they can help you get it sorted out!

No, the only issue I’ve run into is the gift window not loading properly.
Maybe try making most purchases in game until you can get some help with it? If there is any help… 
So are we just ignoring the Install CS:Source shoulderpads.

and now in game i cant move. i can cast roll. but i cant move. reload, relog. everything. i just can not walk. so i can not FKNG PLAY EVEN AFTER JUST GIVING THEM $50 HOLY HELL
Try depressing Alt.
As in, push the button. Try other buttons too. Tab, Alt, anything the system might think you’re still pushing,
You could also be locked by a random vehicle or quest unfortunately but try that at least.
But yes. Their quality control is god awful.
Dracthyr can’t transmog. Mechagnomes can’t wear half their armor. Vulpera glide around on rocket skates for certain anims. Monks channels randomly stop. Priests can’t reset their teleports under certain conditions.
It sucks.

I would reach out to tech support and see what they can do. Maybe reinstall the launcher and/or the game, or run the repair tool to catch any issues.
I havent had any issues with the store in the past, but i havent been in there since purchasing my most recent 60 day game time. Some of what you explain sounds like it could be a broken install though, especially if other players arent running into it to.

These are intended restrictions not a QA issue. Cant comment on vulpera because i refuse to play them, and i dont play enough monk to know that.
What priest teleport though? Last i played none of the specs had a teleport, unless you mean life grip? Have i been missing a utility ability all this time?
Completing a Mythic+ key as a Holy Priest in your Spirit Healer form (dead as the key is completed) doesn’t reset your Mythic+ teleports.
The teleport I’m referring to isn’t a Priest ability, it’s the rewards from timing +10 dungeons.
