How is Rogue falling damage calculated? Does it stack with Panda?

I’m trying to figure out how much falling damage reduction I can realistically expect to absorb safely as a rogue? Is this mechanic the same as a druid in cat form?

Secondly, is this augmented by the Pandaren racial “Bouncy”? I recall their racial used to be a -50% fall damage reduction but no idea if that is still the case.
