How is this spec in TWW? I’m kinda debating healing as my evokers, who I’ve admittedly been playing as Devastation since the beginning of DF, and haven’t even tried the new Augmentation spec
Supposedly the best healing spec this season.
Very good right now in PvE and PvP.
I’ve been enjoying it with chrono hero, flameshaper was ok but engulf just didn’t feel good.

Not what I’ve heard, its good but definitely not the best as far as M+ and raiding is concerned.
I’ve heard this from several sources. Doesn’t matter to argue it. Blizz can switch up the tier list in one hotfix. Best to just wait until mid season to see what sits securely at the top.

Agreed. I’m not saying pres evoker is bad, its good. I’ve ran with a couple of rockstar pres evokers so far and I’ve ran with some people who should switch spec or class.
I’ve found more consistency in resto shamans personally and even when they’re not so great its mostly due to their lack of awareness for mechanics or lack of helping with interrupts.

This is a pretty dead spec, tbh. It’s undertuned for Devoker, as well.
Shaman is going to be better for pugs and uncoordinated groups just due to the nature of how they heal, but when people are playing around them and aren’t spread out all over the god damn map Evokers pump.
I’d say not encouraged because chronowarden is more meta but until I determine whether I can do mythics on it, I’m sticking by it.
I found it severely undertuned and not as beneficial. I wanted to play it as Devoker, as well, but… once everything is on cooldown, there’s nothing to synergize with it and I was doing poo for damage. I liked the idea of it over Scalecommander, because I still don’t like Scalecommander… but it needs to some work.
