How is multiboxing not exploitation of the game?

It’s one of those things that probably shouldn’t be allowed, but at the end of the day money talks. If I was in the business of making money like blizzard is, I’d be hard pressed to turn down a customer that is paying me the equivalent of 10 or 20 other customers. I don’t like it either, but I get it.

I multibox, well kind of. Have two accounts, and a PC and a laptop. So we work together. I try to avoid saying “we play with ourselves” cause that has another meaning.

Makes some things easier, but even with macros is so much harder to fight two toons at once against a nasty boss. Do not think gives us any unfair advantage over someone else with just one account. Meantime we’re paying twice as much as you are to Blizzard.

Great argument. How about you explain how it’s done or don’t reply?

It is. But Blizzard condones it, so whatever. It doesn’t affect me in the slightest, so I couldn’t care less. Heck, if they drive down mat prices, it actually helps me.

A third party program duplicates a button press and sends it out to multiple characters. While the first character is legitimate, the others are nothing more than bots being fed their commands by a program, without a keyboard or mouse action. Is sorta the definition of automation, but again, /shrug.

I have 7-12 accounts open pends on what else im doing at the time and have them all set respond to my mouse that has actions attached to the many side buttons no external program. You are also welcome to hop on the multiboxing discord to see how its done

Which mouse completely automates 12 instances of a game? Sounds like a heck of a mouse.

Don’t need a program to multibox and control multiple toons at the same time. You would know this if you actually knew anything about multi boxing. Go home Op you have no ground

Before ya know it. MBoxers go into their hibernation state till spring break. then hibernate again till summer break, where they pop up during the early mid to the end of it for about a few weeks and hibernate again till winter break.

Sure, they are an annoyance (if your gaming on a 9v batter and a potato), but they are rare. Even during their peak times they are rare and their scheduled is extremely predictable. Majority of the time the ones you see out side of the normal schedule times, are even rarer and stick to themselves unless poked, and still just a little bit of prep-time, below average skill and subpar situational awareness, a single player - to - a small group can wreck a majority of MBoxer’s life - imagine what average or better players can do to them.

So… moot complaint remains moot.

how do you know they don’t just tab between instances of the game and click a plant in each one

its not hard to put one character on follow on 5 toons and use multiple monitors to see multiple instances of the game at a time for gathering

Funny how the multiboxers keep saying that we’re wrong, but won’t explain how they multibox in detail. Probably intentional.

I thought that a program was the only way to at one time just like you. Then I did some research something you have not done and learned its not the only way.

“The only way”
You said it yourself, there is a way to multibox with a program

that doesn’t mean everyone does it. But that’s the insinuation you’re making.

Read more carefully marshmellow brain you dont need a program to do it. There are other ways that dont use programs at all.

Because Blizzard allows it.
