How Is M+ Rating Calculated?

So far I have 1357 rating, how would I calculate what key and at what level I would need to do get KSM next week? Is it just splitting it in half or is there some other math behind it?

As far as which ones you need there’s probs an addon for that. But rule of thumb last season was all timed 13s.
