The smart thing to do would be to stun/CC the druid. Storm bolt. Intimidating Shout. Slow them so they spend more GCDs breaking the slows rather than doing damage.

As for thorns…wait it out. Don’t be a brainlet and hit into the ability that will reflect 5% of your HP. It’s like hitting into Karma and complaining that damage got reflected. Thats on you my man.

I cannot hold the Druid roots , snares, even fear they Thorn and grab my flag, or attack my healer.

I am not mad I take damage, i am mad that the damage is 3 x my damage!

Use any small ability even heroic throw to stop them after they channel a bit. You seem to think you either go HAM or leave, there is a middle ground where you don’t slobber on your keyboard.

You can stun them. You can fear them. You have the tools at your disposal.

If they break one then use the other and don’t be an idiot to smack into thorns. It lasts 12 seconds I believe? You can control yourself and not hurt yourself for 12 seconds.

Christ its like explaining to a toddler the stove is hot and the kid getting angry at the stove when they keep touching it.

not if they are killing my team mate, or grabbing our node! My issue is why do Druids Bearform not suffer the same damage mitigations as me in Prot?

I take 50% damage yet a Druid can bearform mitigate and thorns?

Druids deal no damage while mitigating (i.e. bear form). Your mitigation takes 1 GCD and you continue your 3 button face smashing.

You can just dispel it - also cannot be cast in a stun.

It’s strong, but also one of the few defensive / deterrents druids have. If a druid goes bear form you are not taking damage unless you are hitting into thorns. Also cannot heal while in bear form outside of frenzied regen.
