So I tried leveling a Outlaw Rogue because i never have and ended up really enjoying it in PVP. I have never really given Arcane a try. Is it pretty decent in PVP or should i play another class and spec? I have played both Fire and Frost. I want to try a spec i have not played much.

The prevailing wisdom is that arcane is better in pvp than both fire and frost but the skill ceiling is very high
