Apparently people in the Shadowlands get to choose what they look like, as is shown in several different places, including a conversation between Vashj and Mograine, where Mograine explains why he kept his human form instead of going with something different.
That means the fools all over the place actually chose to look like the garbage they look like!

I know this is off the topic but its still Garrosh so I never kown if this was adressed but isnt there a 2nd Garrosh in WOD or did 2nd Gromash never have a kid… So techically there a 2nd Garrosh Alive and Well and most likey Lightforged Orc Garrosh? Update > Exarch Hellscream according to wikki
