Remove maelstrom as a resource for Enhancement. Maelstrom should only be an elemental thing.
Remove lightning bolt procs as part of the spec, make it instant and on CD. The animation should be weapon goes forward and lightning arcs from it.
Make stormstrike 20 yard range. Shoots lightning bolt out on swing.

Make elemental blast core and instant cast to the spec. When you send it out you gain the usual stat increases but you gain massively increased white damage on auto attacks. This would tie into windfury. Animation of your weapons staticy with lightning around them. This doesn’t have to be tied to elemental blast and a new ability could be made entirely to make it. Enhancement should be about enhancing your weapons to do more damage!
Crash Lighting should always be core to enhancement. This ability is fun to use and has a great animation everyone loves. Make it automatically do a small chainlightining through talents.
Make earth elemental more of a defensive cool down in which your earth elemental absorbs some of the damage you take. Like a sort of blessing of sacrifice and maybe increased damage reduction. Play with cooldown… This should be for all shamans to help with survivability.
A new defensive that is also offensive for elemental and enhancement. You turn into a ball of lighning and shoot bolts out exactly like the MOP remix meta gem but its like a pseudo dispersion with no heath restore. Remove Burrow from PVP talents.
Closing thoughts: Enhancements identity is hurt due to trying to homogenize systems between elemental and itself. Remove those tie ins and focus on making enhance less convuluted with procs, more survivable, and more about their weapons and ENHANCING them. Thanks!
