Yea dude. The ammount of gas lighting that all of these cry baby shamans vomit on the forums is sickening. Everyone knows they are completely positively unilaterally dominating in PvP. They are without a doubt the most powerful busted spec in any iteration of WoW ever. Like jesus christ we have been complaining about this for like 7 months and THEY ARE STILL LIKE THIS. 100% small indie company, took over 5 days to unbug scarab lord quest, the amount of money we have payed blizzard over the past 20+ years and the lack of F’s given is gross
at this point all you cry babies in here just suck, they nerfed ele shamen so much they sneak nerf the class its totally unplayable now and your still complaining, Shamens have to hard cast our damaging spells lava burst is a 2 second cast. with all the stuns and spell knockback pally bubbles you mean to tell me YOU STILL CAN’T KILL A SHAMEN??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?? shamens have 0 ZERO 0 defense. They have no utility NONE. All they had was healing and they took that away. They nerfed the class so bad they are not even viable in pve. To add to this all the latest armor has fire and now nature resist. The only way a shamen can stay up in battle grounds is to get off spells without being targeted which is impossible now because everyone targets the shamen. They are literally glass cannons now.

Decoy totem, grounding totem, tremor totem, poison cleanse totem, wolf sprint, wolf stun, purge… NO UTILITY?!
You don’t have to hard cast anything. You run around spamming flame shock and insta cast lavaburst/chain lightnings.

Shaman has the lowest single target DPS in the game. They barely heal anything (unless resto). They only shine in group fights. They have one strength. What are you yapping about?

In a 1v1 this is easily counter able especially if you’re a pally or priest… in group PvP yes it’s strong but shamans always been strong in group PvP.

How is it easily counterable when you can get a proc right off the bat? I see shamans flame shock me all the time and then just insta lavaburst me.

honestly anyone holding up anything that happens wpvp as something that is in anyway indicative of overall balance is fooling themselves.
what you should look to is balance in bgs where they have actually offered up some balance in the form of more hp and whatnot to the plate instead of everyone 1-2 shotting everyone.
and really about the flame shock spread , it should be a thing if you see a tank shaman barreling at you , you should spread the heck out.
there are ways to counter it but they all are annoying and hard fought.
i agree that tanks (all tanks) in pvp are annoying as heck to deal with but i dont know what could be done about it that wouldnt gut them in pve and make a tank shortage that nobody would enjoy.
Shaman tanks need a nerf in pvp, point blank period.

Shamans ruined SOD and caused the massive decline in PvP early on in the game’s cycle. I’m sure the same 20 people that still PvP seriously will be upset by this.

Ok? Like everyone is getting a proc right off the bat… so are you suggesting power surge should be gone? Idk what you’re getting at here. Im only suggesting an easy way to counter the burst of shamans rocking burn and power surge if you’re a class that can cleanse/dispel

I dont know. I dont know about how Shaman work. The shaman tank is unacceptably strong in pvp though, and needs to be tuned down.
