How has Time Walking of all things become so toxic?!

Removed from group on the first pull of the dungeon cuz i wasnt mount when zoned in. They run straight to the boss. Some adds get locked out i get killed and removed from the group. 2 Minutes into a dungeon. 30 minute deserter buff. Impressive blizzard…makes me really wanna do your event again. Just felt I’d mess around in it but seems to be the place to stay out of. How do I get deserter for being removed. Real smart there.

They are toxic, yes.

Luckily I’ve been tanking them so the dps have been doing their best to not cause a fuss. Since it’s so easy I’m fine with them pulling the other room to my blood DK since we don’t have a gap closer.

Done a lot of Timewalking the past few weeks, and I have not seen people getting kicked because they weren’t fast enough at running towards the boss.

Just because it happened in one group you were in does not make it typical.

Be faster next time

Did you stand at the start for 2 minutes or something? You cannot be kicked for the first few minutes of the dungeon. They might think you are afking and trying to get a free powerlevel.

Unfortunately there are few things are toxic as a casual player in trivial content. :face_with_spiral_eyes:

The easy solution is to simply not do it again.

WQ Andies are x10 more toxic than M+ players.

I got booted from a TW dungeon by some andies in 395 WQ gear because I pulled a single mob in CoS that you typically pull in M+. Actual derangement.

In fact, it makes me suspect that when new players say M+ is toxic, they’re probably playing with these same dog-dog giga-dog terrible Andies in M5s who think they’re smart but are actually bad and toxic.

Here’s the thing, if you’re good at WoW, you have no reason to be mad or toxic and you’re looking to make new friends because making friends helps you find players to play with at other times of day. Nobody wants to befriend toxic Andies.

And too being nice and giving advice helps make the pug pool better / less toxic because it “gets passed along” so to speak. If you make someone happy, they are gonna be in a good mood and try to make others happy.

and they couldn’t be someone’s alts could they

Nah. They’re a world quest andy. M+ players don’t farm for 395 world quest gear. The time invest for return isn’t worth it.

I guess you speak for them all - that must be nice and easy.

Yes.

You probably delayed entry for too long and people want to play not wait. Time is money.

When people act like a certain toxic culture is rampant, but I never see it in 50+ runs.

I mean.

I dont want to say it.

Maybe we need a kamikaze system for removing people. The instigator of the vote also gets kicked.

I mean, you’ll find toxicity everywhere in WoW if you’re unlucky. I’ve been leveling some alts the past two weeks, completing dozens timewalking dungeons in the process, and I have yet to experience any toxicity.

Having to manually form groups took longer but once the group was formed, people were more tolerant. They didn’t feel like going back to town to spam for X.

Now it’s just que real quick. GOGOGOGOGOGOGO! wtf man cmon hurry up. /kick
