How has Medivh not been fixed yet?

Pfff! Not happening in my life. The only satisfaction I’ll get is getting a weapon this Season… (Which I haven’t on my Warrior…)

Flame Wreath doesn’t bug. Somebody moved and didn’t fess up. I play demo. No, my pets don’t trigger Flame Wreath. Set a kill order for the birds.

Ya, that was a complaint I had. It’s also incredibly toxic when you’re targeted by the dot that shoots out orbs, and you can’t really move or see the swirl.

ive watched bron break it personally. i wish i recorded it

it must be a specific scenario when it happens, because it doesn’t happen everytime or even often

yes and no. If the player w/ flame wreath is targeted by fire. It’s best to also interrupt this. It’ll help your healer in the long run keep them up. Otherwise they’ll have 2 set of dots that the healer will need to heal.

it had at the start but since been fixed now. Before pets and bron moving out of the wreath will cause it to also explode.

if tanks are dying to arcane missiles they’re probably playing badly and/or not using defensives/mitigation. Even on a 20 they dont really do too much dmg on me as long as I plan my mitigation.

this has been fixed.

Even tyrannical I can easily tank the missiles.

yea it’s really not hard. Tank just need to use their mitigation properly

Two inferno bolts chained together = a dead party member on high tyrannical keys, talking about +20s and higher - the direct damage and dot that follows are both EXTREMELY high. To say never interrupt fire is disingenuous advice. There’s much more going on than meets the eye. You need to constantly look at the team interrupt tracker, gauge how healthy everyone is, wait for the final second of each cast to either kick or not kick. This is exacerbated when any of the special phases come into play - frost field wipes you out for standing still for half a second; flame wreath puts the healer into even more pressure; arcane phase easily takes being the worst - the damage intake is too unavoidable and multiple arcane bolts landing on a single target can insta KO.

You need a healer playing their damned minds out too - if they slip up even once, your party is wiped. We only eeked by the fight on a +20 with a fully oom priest outputting 16k HPS over three minutes. The fight is absolutely miserable to deal with on high tyrannical keys.

People just still dont understand how mana devourer works. Soak the orbs, pop CDs and burn. Use defensives when the wyrm is about to lightning everything around em.

many, many classes can clear the debuff as well. Allowing them to soak to high stacks multiple times. If it it aint dead by then your DPS is a problem.

What if Medivh had transformed into a giraffe instead of a raven?

Can you imagine the chaotic chain of events that would have unfolded…?!

This is why I don’t give advice unless I’m 100% sure its correct. Go around telling everyone the wrong thing and make the healer’s lives harder.

To be fair, the advice you read on GD isn’t about +22 Tyrannical and above.

It’s about running 15s mostly, where most people are running their keys.

Yea but we also got people now saying not to interrupt missiles when I’ve seen tanks almost die from them

Yeah, no. Don’t blow interrupts on missiles.

If you’re pushing io with pugs at +15 you’d normally expect a healer at that gear/skill level.

Never have I ever seen an Upper+15 in LFG and thought to myself I’ll do that for weekly vault when just about every other dungeon is easier.

It’s all relative, I can tank/heal +25’s with my eyes closed with a good group and still brick +15’s with pugs.

You should absolutely not interrupt missiles. Only bad tanks die from them.

Have you seen the 15 queues these days ? Just a bunch of raiders wanting to get their vaults. They can heal.

Upper is super easy and has almost no trash. Literally finish the thing in like 6 pulls. Been a favorite since Legion honestly.

Upper is basically What If… ? ToC was a Mythic Keystone.

I only ever get bad tanks so I guess we should interrupt missiles

Then you are more likely to die from the more important casts because interrupt cds will be more spread thin.
