I just got a “Cracked Keystone” in a delve. That item starts a quest to do a M2 or higher. I don’t do Mythics, but the quest gives some gilded crests as a reward, so maybe?
If I do it, it will likely be at the lowest level possible (so M2). How hard would that be? The character that got the quest has a current ilevel of 651.

651 is more than enough ilvl for a +2.
I can’t wait for the complaints to start rolling in about delvers ruining keys in the 6-10 range when we all know full well that 99% of them will either ignore the key or do a +2 at most.
I do delves because I don’t have to be a group with people complaining how I pull as a tank, I don’t have to listen to people complaining about their day, range quit over a wipe or just coz I don’t use food buff. I don’t have to deal with annoying people.
In devles I can take all the time I want. I can stop mid way and use the washroom coz I have to, I can help my wife, I can grab snacks there is no timer pressure.
shouldnt be hard to time at all. wether or not you 2 chest it or 3 chest it basically comes down to the tank route / pulling and the overall dps in the group.
but imho you will have no problem with your ilvl for a 2. i started doing them on my ele yesterday and just hit 80 sunday but hes 649 ilvl and its been a breeze lol. good luck and if u see an ele sham 649 ilvl in your queue invite me! 
I love delves as well for many of the same reasons. I partake in group content up to M+10 and heroic raids as well.
I just find the complaints about delvers ruining keys to be hilarious and apparently Blizzard does as well if they are trying to compel delvers into keystones.
I wouldn’t mind doing lower keys if people are capable and are actually decent. But nope doing low keys ( 2 to 5) is terrible. You have people who have no idea what they are doing, steping on AOE not doing mechanics and dying and blaming the healers, not using their toolkit or just outright terrible bad dps.
Got Cinderbrew twice on this pally for the weekly. Just heroic. First time everyone knows what they are doing avoidng AoE CC when needed It was so fun just pull room to room. 2ND TIME group have no idea what to do even the first boss no one was grabbing the beer to the NPC. Warlock just keeps attacking the boss. NO one was getting out of AoE healer was very very stressful (seems like she just ding 80). Overall it was terrible.
pretty easy technically but it depends who youre with still.
if nobody interrupts anything and the pulls are big enough it could still be a pain heh
youre in luck though, plenty of people will probably be looking for a quick +2 with that new quest.
The question you should be asking is “how hard will my group make it?”
You can time a +2 with multiple wipes and over 30 deaths. Everything can go catastrophically wrong for a significant portion of the dungeon and no one even has to really know what they’re doing, as long as the group keeps up a forward momentum and doesn’t turn on each other for no reason.
This is exactly why I do delves also. I used to raid. A lot. In MoP I was running different characters through three raids every week.
I don’t really want to run Mythics, so it’s quite likely I will just abandon this quest item. Still, those gilded crests would be useful.
Hey if you want someone to run it with you I’ll join up and either heal or dps it for you. Would probably feel fine tanking a +2 as well I just haven’t tanked much in a season or so.

It’s like the game is saying, “Sen, we know you suck and know you hate dungeons. We won’t bother you with this quest. We got you.”
Yeah, this is the reason I didn’t immediately delete that quest item. I figure if I got one, so did a bunch of other people.
It’s a really big tease right now (and they know it is) because folks just starting to pound out 11s are pushing near 60 for a crafted item (likely weapon) and the quest reward will likely push them past that mark.
Blizz dangles the carrot very well.
Mythic +2 for a newcomer? It’s actually not that hard at all. In fact, it’s easy.
The only times ANY Mythic dungeon is hard is if you got paired up with a group filled with apes.
Gonna end up with 5 delvers all trying to do their +2 key and none of them having any idea what to do in the dungeon. lol.
Add fuel to the fire:
Five delvers in a group doing a T8 or higher is actually harder than a +2.
Can probably do a +2 in 625 ilevel according to the forums
