You’re gonna need a lot of Runecloth, my guy.

Or farm AV until exalted with all Horde factions (turning in blood gives a little bit of rep with all, if I recall).

Buckle up, lol.

I remember riding a hawkstrider on my Troll in TBC because of this, got exalted with Silvermoon early on because of AV.
