Whats the max possible Runningspeed with a Rogue?
Played an Arathi Basin BG, and a Rogue was running away so fast ,i couldnt catch him with Divine Steed (250% Speed).
It was borderline speedhack.

no one is faster than my rogue. i believe my speed can hit around 2000 percent in BG.
are you speaking of chasing me?

My upper limit so far this expansion, with only sprint, has been 310%.
That’s while stealthed though, and rogues are a bit slower out of stealth.
My method was:
Speed Blasphemite
2x +25% Blasphemite Embellishments
Speed enchants
Some luck with speed rolling on gear
